Emma has over twelve years of experience in the beauty industry and over 15 years in retail management. ​ Emma's main focus is the running of The Great Bentley Retreat as well as training new staff. Emma holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and now also works as an educator with Louella Belle; distributor and educators for Artistic Gel polish, IBX and Foot Logix. as well as training waxing techniques with Outback Organics wax range. ​ Emma has a passion for skin and foot care and a keen interest in using natural ingredients and keeping the salon environmentally friendly. She is able to perform all beauty treatments however has had to retire from massage treatments.
